Step-N-2 Fitness & More Event Space Rental Agreement

This Agreement is made by and between Step-N-2 Fitness & More (the “Owner”) and **_____________________** (the “Renter”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
1. Space Rental
The Owner grants the Renter limited use of the following space:
Step-N-2 Fitness & More on the Event Date and during the hours specified in this agreement.
2. Event Details
The Renter is authorized to use the space solely for the Event and for no other purpose.
3. Number of Participants
Due to facility size and parking limitations, the maximum number of participants is 60.
4. Fees
- Rental Fee: $100 per hour.
- Security Deposit: $80.00 (non-refundable).
5. Space Specifications
The Owner grants the Renter access to the following amenities:
- Event space (including tables and chairs).
6. Disclaimers
The space is provided as-is, and the Owner makes no warranties regarding its suitability for the Renter’s intended use.
7. Condition
The Renter must return the space in the same or similar condition as received. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
8. Damages
The Renter is responsible for any damage beyond ordinary wear and tear. Repairs will be arranged by the Owner at the Renter’s expense if not addressed by the Renter.
9. Cleanup
The Renter is responsible for clearing all trash and depositing it in the proper waste receptacles. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee.
10. Right of Entry
The Owner reserves the right to enter the space at any time for reasonable purposes, including emergencies.
11. Indemnification
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any damages, injuries, or claims arising from the Renter’s use of the space.
12. Revocation
The Owner may revoke this agreement at any time prior to the Event Date with written notice. A full refund will be provided unless the revocation is due to nonpayment or breach of agreement by the Renter.
13. Cancellation
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the Event Date: Full refund of the Rental Fee.
- Cancellation within 30 days of the Event Date: The Owner retains the full Security Deposit.
14. Assignment
Neither party may assign or transfer their rights or obligations under this agreement without prior written consent from the other party.
15. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
16. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
I have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Each person signing as Client below shall be fully responsible for ensuring that full
payment is made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
