1. Agreement Overview
The person(s) whose signature(s) appear on this contract, known as the “Client”, agree that SN2F & More 360 Photo Booth (the “Provider”) shall provide 360 photo booth rental services at the Client’s specified event, time, and location. This is a binding contract that incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and physically attached to the original agreement. The Client assumes responsibility for all collection costs and legal fees incurred if this contract is breached.
2. Booking
- A 25% non-refundable deposit and a signed rental contract are required to book your event.
- A minimum of 2 hours is required to book the 360 Photo Booth.
- A non-refundable fee of 25% of the package amount is due at the time of booking to secure your event date.
- The remaining 75% must be paid two weeks before the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Payments can be made via cash or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.
- For cancellations within one (1) month prior to the event, the entire contract amount is still owed to the Provider.
3. Liability
- The Provider promises high-quality service but is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Inclement weather
- Government restrictions
- Transportation problems
- Illness, accidents, or labor disputes
- Acts of God or other causes beyond reasonable control
- Delays in transit do not constitute grounds for a discount or refund.
- The Provider reserves the right to cease operations if weather conditions pose a threat.
4. Service Package
The following services are included in the rental package:
- High-quality 360 Video
- Instant video access via QR Code, SMS, Airdrop, or Email
- Custom Text Overlay
- Fun props (e.g., glasses, hats, signs)
- All event media delivered to the Client
- Captivating slow-motion video experience
- At least one operating attendant on-site
5. Travel
- A mileage fee will be charged for events outside Conway, AR:
- 0-20 miles/km: $0.25 per mile/km (round trip)
- 21-140 miles/km: $0.35 per mile/km (round trip)
6. Equipment
- All photo and video booth equipment (e.g., cameras, lighting, platforms, backdrops) are the property of the Provider and must remain on-site.
- The Client is responsible for all losses due to theft, vandalism, misuse, or damage caused by the Client or their guests.
- The Client agrees to be billed for the repair or replacement cost of any damaged or stolen equipment.
7. Setup and Removal
- The Provider will deliver, set up, and remove the 360 photo booth.
- Access to the venue is required at least 1 hour before the event start time.
- 30 minutes is required after the event for removal.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the event space. Delays or incomplete setup due to lack of access are not the Provider’s responsibility.
8. Setup Requirements
- Floor Space: At least 10 feet by 10 feet with a minimum ceiling clearance of 8 feet.
- Power Supply: A 110V, 10 amps, 3-prong standard electrical outlet from a reliable power source within 15 feet.
- Outdoor Events: The booth must be in a completely dry spot, on a paved or grassy surface, protected from wind, cold, heat, or direct sunlight.
9. Media Delivery
- A sharing station will be available for guests to instantly access their videos via SMS, Airdrop, or Email.
- An online gallery of all media will be delivered to the Client within 7 days after the event.
- The Client is responsible for backing up all media. The Provider is not responsible for the lifespan of digital media or future changes in technology that may render files inaccessible.
10. Client Responsibility
- The Client must provide a safe working environment free from hazards, threats, or harassment.
- The attendant reserves the right to cease operations and take possession of equipment if the environment becomes unsafe. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
11. Internet Access
- A reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 1MB is required for instant video access.
- If internet is unavailable, videos may still be provided via alternative methods.
12. 360 Booth Operations
- Guests must stand on a circular platform while the camera spins around them 2-3 times in a full 360 motion.
- Up to 5 adults or 5 children can safely use the platform at the same time.
13. Miscellaneous Fees
- Additional costs (e.g., parking, valet, tolls) incurred during travel and delivery will be added to the invoice.
14. Customization
- A custom text overlay can be added to all event photos/videos to match the Client’s theme. This is included in all packages.
15. Service Availability
- The Provider cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation due to the nature of technology.
- Maintenance or service optimization (e.g., charging, lighting adjustments) may cause brief interruptions.
- If the booth is non-operational for a significant duration, a refund reflective of the downtime will be issued.
16. Release
- The Provider reserves the right to use photos and videos for advertising and promotional purposes on their website, social media, or third-party platforms.
- By signing this agreement, the Client agrees to the use of likenesses of all persons included in the media.
17. Cancellation Policy
- 100% of payments are forfeited if the agreement is broken, cancelled, or terminated prior to or on the event date.
18. Acknowledgment
By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions. Each person signing as the Client is fully responsible for ensuring full payment is made pursuant to this agreement.
